The pub below had an amazing atmosphere and delicious food, making it a highlight of my stay. also, the proximity to parks like Wanstead Flats offers a wonderful escape for leisurely walks amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

It would be great if they could offer something in the morning. my stay had its charms but needs some adjustments in the noise control and accessibility areas.

Our family loved the vibrant ambiance and beautifully decorated rooms during our 2-night stay. The modern amenities, including a coffee machine and comfortable furnishings, made our stay delightful. the nearby tube station allowed us to explore London with ease. a lift would significantly improve accessibility with mobility challenges.

The rooms come equipped with smart cards for 24-hour entry, making access easy after check-in. Even though it gets warm, opening the windows provides a decent flow of fresh air.

On Saturday night, the noise from the ballroom and the lively pub below kept the atmosphere buzzing, which may disrupt a quieter evening. The stair access to the rooms can be a challenge. they’re located on the second and third floors and might not work for everyone. Our room showcased minor maintenance quirks—like a shower knob that barely functions and a surprising number of hairs embedded in the shower floor—things like that can definitely catch you off guard. The absence of a receptionist before 3 PM left us with no way to drop bags or check in early, which was a bit inconvenient. the heat of the room was tough to manage. even with windows open, it still felt a few degrees warmer than it should, making sleep a bit questionable during hotter days.
